RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer service/information counter
- Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ inquiries and feedback
- Assist in the upkeeping of the mall
- Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events
- Assist in the sale and redemption of vouchers
- To maintain a high level of staff service standards
- Handle administrative duties
- Managing the mall’s Loyalty Program redemptions, inquiries, and all aspects of support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 years of working experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service
- Must be computer literate, and customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on 6 days rotating shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
